REGULATIONS
General rules
A customer cannot participate in a game unless he/she is registered and holds a Saturn365 account. To register an account, that customer must submit an application for registration, which will at least require the following conditions and details:
a. the customer must be over eighteen (18) years of age,
b. the customer's identity,
c. the customer's place of residence,
d. the customer's valid e-mail address.
A customer applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided in the application form is true and correct. Saturn365 will not register the customer if that customer has already been registered, and Saturn365 will cancel that customer's registration, if it becomes aware that the customer has provided false information when registering as an account holder.
Applying for a Saturn365 account the customer acknowledges and accepts:
- Saturn365 Rules as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the Saturn365 Rules,
- That the user's betting activity is governed by:
a. Saturn365 Regulations
Saturn365 reserves the right at its own discretion, at all times, to:
· decline to open a Saturn365 account and/or to close an existing Saturn365 account without any explanation whatsoever,
· decline to accept deposits without any explanation whatsoever,
· suspend and/or cancel the participation of a user in promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever Saturn365 is of the opinion that there are legitimate concerns that a Saturn365 account is, has been or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices,
· request documents to verify the identity and/or other facts provided by the user before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals,
· forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a Saturn365 account and/or refuse to honour a claim in the event that, directly or indirectly, the Saturn365 Regulations have been violated and/or other unauthorised activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a Saturn365 account.
A customer applying to become an account holder warrants and represents not to be under the age of eighteen (18) years. Minors cannot register and cannot hold a Saturn365 account. Saturn365 reserves the right to request proof of age and performs check in order to verify the information provided. Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
A user warrants and represents, at all times, not to:
· be a professional player/sportsman in any sport, competition, league where Saturn365 offers bet,
· be restricted by limited legal capacity,
· be acting on behalf of another party,
· be classified as a compulsive gambler,
· be depositing/withdrawing monies originating from criminal and/or other un-authorised activities,
· be conducting criminal activities whereby a Saturn365 Account is directly or indirectly involved, and/or
· open an account, purchase or use services of Saturn365 and/or otherwise participate in the games offered, if It is illegal in his country of residence or otherwise restricted.
Saturn365 warrants and represents, at all times, to:
· manage funds belonging to the customers in a secure and appropriate manner,
· manage data regarding a user in accordance with applicable laws, any legal acts and/or similar,
· not to offer contingency to users to proceed to any funds transfer between user accounts.
A Saturn365 account does not accrue interest. The customer shall not treat Saturn365 as a financial institution.
A user can only hold one Saturn365 account at a time. In case Saturn365 has strong arguments that the user's account has been used by a third party for the purpose of making bets, and/or confirmation of the re-registration (including a new name), Saturn365 reserves the right to invalidate the bets made with such an account and cancel the winning amount.
Saturn365 also reserves the right to reallocate all the funds in the different superfluous Saturn365 accounts to a single Saturn365 account and to delete the remaining superfluous account(s). No bonus given to the superfluous Saturn365 account(s) will be reallocated.
A Saturn365 account is non-transferable. It is prohibited for users to sell, transfer or acquire accounts from or to other customers.
1. The main rules of accepting bets
1.1 Bets are accepted only from those persons who agree with the rules laid down by the organizer. Any placed bet is confirmation that the participant knows the rules of the lottery and completely agrees with them.
1.2 Bets are accepted until the actual start of the event, except online bets. In case for some reason the bet has been placed after the actual start of the event it is considered void, except for current online bets.
1.3 Online bets are the bets which are accepted during the event at organizer’s discretion. In this case bets can be accepted only until the outcome of the event becomes known. The bets placed after the outcome of the event becomes known are considered void. The information provided by the organizer about the event during accepting online bets (the score, time played, etc.) is for informational purposes only and cannot be a basis for bet calculation.
1.4 The Organizer has a right to return the bet amount at any time before the actual start of the event. In this case the placed bet or bets are considered void, and the organizer makes an announcement about it either via corresponding changes in the program or through other information sources.
It is not allowed to place a bet on the event in which the bettor takes part. For example, if he/ she participates in the game, or he/ she is a referee, club owner, coach, etc. By placing a bet the participant confirms that he/she doesn’t know the outcome of the event on which he/she has placed the bet. In case of violation of these conditions the organizer has a right not to pay the winning amount and invalidate the bet.
1.5 In all cases when the bet is considered void it must be refunded, and if the bet is included in the multi bet or system it is calculated by odds “1” (one), i.e. it doesn’t affect the results of the other events included in the multi bet or system.
1.6 All bets are accepted based on the events of the proposed program (line) according to the odds defined by the organizer. A unique number is provided for each event in the program, and the final date and time for accepting bets on the events are specified. The date and time of start of the event specified in the program are informative. The date specified incorrectly is not basis for considering the bet void. In case the event took place earlier or later than at the initially announced time the result is not considered void. In that case the bets are considered valid if they have been placed before the actual start of the event. The bets placed after the actual start of the event are considered void (except online bets). For calculating bets the actual time of beginning of the event is assumed as the start of the event, and that time is determined based on the information provided by the official organizer or organizers of the event.
The “Event” column provides the names of the competing teams or the events on which bets are accepted. In the list of the events the first name to appear is the name of the team which hosts the match. If the match takes place on the ground of the team which is specified on the second place of the list, the bets placed on that match are calculated by odds “1” (one), except for the following cases:
a) Both teams are form the same city,
b) The matches take place in the same city, in case of international tournaments – in the same country,
c) When it is the final round of the cup matches.
Transferring the match to a neutral ground is not basis for invalidating the bets.
The next in the program come the outcomes of the events, odds, handicap, total with their conventional signs /for example: the English version – Date, Football: England-Belgium Event, the outcome of the event: win of the first team - W1, Odds – 1.28, Total – 2.5 over: 1.7, under: 2, handicap for the first team – 1.5.
The program may contain other information which has significant importance while placing bets and enables the participant to use the program correctly as well as understand the meaning and essence of the conventional signs contained in it.
1.7 In the individual tennis tournaments, as well as in the matches of the final round of big tournaments, which take place in one country, the competitors’ order in a pair is free.
1.8 In case the event which has not yet started is postponed for no more than 72 hours the bets remain, and in case 72 hours pass the bets are refunded. If during 72 hours there is information about postponing the event for more than 72 hours the final decision about the bets being valid or refunded is made by the bookmakers’ office if nothing else is intended by regulations. If the matches of NBA, NHL, NFL, baseball (MLB) do not take place on the appointed day, the bet amounts are refunded immediately the next day, except for the cases when the specified date was wrong.
1.9 The started event may be interrupted, i.e. may not play up to the end for some reason. The event which has been interrupted and has not been finished during 24 hours is considered completed if played for no less than: 70 min in Football, 40 min in basketball (NBA), 35 min. in European basketball, 54 min. in hockey (NHL), 50 min. in European hockey, 50 min. in American football, 5 innings in baseball, 60 min. in bandy; in these cases the outcome (the actual result) of the event considered to be completed is the result recorded at the moment of interruption of the event (except tennis). In all other cases the event is considered to be not completed, including interruption of the match at the time of tie in those sports where tie is not allowed (basketball, baseball, NHL hockey playoffs, etc.), and the bets (including online bets) must be refunded.
If the event has been interrupted and is considered to be not completed, those outcomes which are determined at the time of its interruption and do not depend on the final result of the event (for example, the team will score, who will score the first goal the outcome of the first half, etc.) are taken as a basis for calculating the bets (including online bets).
1.10 While calculating the bets on the statistics of one round (tour) or one game day, if one or several events (matches) are not considered to be completed the bets are calculated by odds “1”, except the bets the results of which are definitely clear regardless of whether other events (matches) have taken place or not.
For example: suppose in the championship of Italy's Serie A in one of the rounds (tours) two of the ten matches haven’t taken place, five matches have ended with home win, two matches have ended with away win, one match has ended with a 2:2 score.
If there are bets on that
a) at least five of the matches of this round will end with home win,
b) there will be 2:2 score in the round, these bets are considered to be won.
If there are bets on that
a) at least three of the matches of this round will end with away win,
b) total number of goals scored in the round will be even, these bets must be refunded (will be calculated by odds “1”).
If there is a bet on that there will not be a 2:2 score in any match of the round, this bet is considered to be lost.
1.11 In case of errors generated either by employees or software flaws (obvious mistakes in the software, odds, totals, handicaps, discrepancy of odds in different places, non-typical, false odds, etc.) and arguments verifying the inaccuracy of the bet (including online bets), the bet is considered invalid and is subject to refund irrespective of its winning or losing.
1.12 If there is a technical error but it does not affect the result of the event, the bet is calculated according to the defined odds. Example: if the “CSKA” – “Zenith” match of the championship of Russia has appeared in the list of the championship of Spain, it will be calculated according to the defined odds, unless there are teams with the same names in the championship of Spain.
1.13 The Organizer is not responsible for absolutely accurate translation of the names of players, teams, cities where the event takes place. In such cases the bets are valid.
1.14 In case of revealing frauds during accepting bets and conducting financial transactions the winning amounts are not paid, and perpetrators are held criminally liable according to the legislation of RA.
1.15 Complaints on controversial issues are accepted in a written statement during 5 days after the end of the event. During discussion of controversial issues which have no precedent and are not regulated by these regulations the final decision is made by the organizer of the lottery.
2. Bets on basketball
All the bets in basketball are similar to the bets in football, except the fact that the result in basketball is determined with the extra time (overtime) taken into account. Exceptions are the events for which there is draw - “X” outcome offered in the program. In that case the regular time of the match is taken as a basis for calculating bets.
The following kinds of bets can be placed on basketball:
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event (column“W1” in the line).
-Draw (column” in the line).
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event (column“W2” in the line).
-Win of the first team (participant) of the event taking into account the handicap (the handicap appears in the column “H1” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds1”).
-Win of the second team (participant) of the event with the handicap taken into account ((the handicap appears in the column “H2” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds2”).
- It is allowed in basketball to increase the positive and decrease the negative handicap. In that case the odds are reduced accordingly.
-The total number of match points is over the specified number (the total number of points appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Over”).
-The total number of match points is under the specified number (the total number of points appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Under”).
-It is also allowed to change the number of the total in case of “over” (to decrease the total number of points), and in case of “under” (to increase it the total number).
-Bets are accepted on if the total points of the match will be even or odd.
The above mentioned all bets can also be settled for each quarter. The company can also accept bets on overtime (if there is such) during On-line games.
Bets are also accepted on other probable events in basketball, which will be offered in the program.
3. Bets on tennis
A tennis match is considered started if at least one point has been played.
In case one of the participants is disqualified for any reason in the started tennis match, or refuses to play, or is unable to continue the match (the match ends untimely) all bets (including online bets) are calculated as follows: bets (including bets placed on statistical data - total of the ace, total of double falls, etc.) which are definitely considered to have taken place at the moment of the termination of the match based on the actual registered result (according to the format of the match), are subject to calculation. The rest of the bets are refunded (the bets are calculated by odds “1”).
Bets placed on the result of the match to be “W1”, “W2” are subject to calculation if the first set was played in full and completed, and the participant has refused to continue the match after the termination of the first set. The participant is considered to have lost if he is disqualified for any reason, refuses to play or is unable to continue the match. If the match is stopped (terminated untimely) until the end of the first set, the bets placed on the result of the match to be “W1”, “W2” are refunded (calculated by odds “1”).
Suppose the participant refuses to continue the match when the score is 4:4 (15:0). In this case the “W1”, “W2” bets placed on first set, first set total 10.5, first set total 12.5, first set handicap 1.5, first set handicap -1.5, match “W1”, “W2”, match total 21.5, match handicap -3.5, match handicap 3.5, even or odd of the total of set and match are subject to refund (calculated by odds “1”).
All the bets placed on first set total 6.5, first set total 7.5, first set total 8.5, first set total 9.5, first set handicap 2.5, first set handicap 3.5, first set handicap 4.5, first set handicap 5.5, first set handicap 2.5, first set handicap -3.5, first set handicap -4.5, first set handicap -5.5, bets placed on the result of the 1-8 games of the first set, are subject to calculation. Bets placed on “W1”, “W2” of 9th game of the first set are subject to be refunded, bets placed on “W1”, “W2” of the first point of the 9th game are subject to calculation.
-In case of incorrectly specified number of sets in the match the bet amount on handicap and total is refunded. The bet on the result of the match remains valid.
-Wrong indication of court coverage in any championship cannot be basis for considering the bet void.
-If a tennis match has been delayed or interrupted, the bets (including On-line bets) remain valid up to the end of the tournament to which it refers until the match continues or one of the players refuses to continue.
-If one of the tennis players refuses to participate in the match before it starts, or is unable to participate, or is disqualified, the bets on that match are refunded (calculated by odds “1”).
In tennis handicap and total are indicated in games.
If “super tie break” is played in the decisive set of the tennis match, then handicap and total are calculated by points.
The following kinds of bets can be placed on a tennis match:
• Win of the first participant of the event (column “W1” in the line)
• Win of the second participant of the event (column “W2” in the line):
• Win of the first participant of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H1” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds1”).
• Win of the second participant of the event with the handicap taken into account (the handicap appears in the column “H2” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Odds2”).
• The number of games is over the specified number (the total number of games appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Over”).
• The number of games is under the specified number (the total number of games appears in the column “Total” of the line, and the odds - in the column “Under”).
• Bets on the correct score in a tennis match (all the unfinished games and sets are in favor of the winner). The corresponding columns in the line are marked as 2:0, 2:1.
The Organizer at its sole discretion may set bets on other probable events in tennis, for example: total of the ace, total of double falls, total of tie-break.
4. Rights and obligations of the Organizer
The Organizer has the right:
1. Not to accept bets from those persons who do not accept the terms defined in these regulations.
2. To determine the executive schedule of accepting bets by himself.
3. To refuse accepting any bet at any time without any argumentation.
In case of bets placed via internet if, for reasons not depending on the organizer (e.g. network problems, unlawful entry to the organizer’s website, etc.), the placed bet has not been fixed on the organizer’s server, or has been fixed in a way differing from what the participant wanted, or has been fixed with delay, the organizer is not responsible for compensation of the damages suffered by the participant. In such cases the organizer is responsible only in case of his guilt. The organizer is not responsible for the damages caused to the participant if they are a result of the fact that the participant has not performed his/ her obligations for retaining the secrecy of his/ her gaming account, login and password.
4. To refuse paying the winning amount, if it is proved that the participant knew the outcome of the event in advance.
The Organizer ought to:
5. Act in accordance with the rules defined in these regulations.
6. Use reliable information sources and provide information to the participants about the events and their results based on the mentioned sources.
7. The Organizer’s obligations in relation to the participant cease when
7.a He pays the participant’s winning amount in the period of paying winning amounts,
7.b He refunds the bet amount paid by the participant according to the terms of these regulations,
7.c In the Organizer’s office or betshops of the company the final results of the events are promulgated, which confirm the participant’s loss.
5. Rights and obligations of the Participant
The Participant has the right:
1. To become completely familiar with the terms of accepting bets, which will allow him to make a conscious choice among the types and kinds of bets,
2. To become familiar with the procedure of calculating bets as well as to claim the winning amounts in the period of payment,
3. To raise a claim to the organizer according to the defined rules in case of disagreement with the calculation of the bets.
4. Find out all the changes made in the program before placing a bet,
5. Submit the cheque in normal form for receiving the winning amount (except the bets placed via Internet),
6. Submit both identity card and other necessary documents at the Organizer’s request as well as observe the rule of being over 18 years old,
7. Foreign citizens ought to observe the requirements defined in both the legislation of their country and the law about fight against money laundering and terrorism in case of participation in this lottery. The consequences of not observing these requirements are borne by the participant,
8. To have only one gaming account when placing bets via Internet,
9. Not to allow other persons to use his/her gaming account when placing bets via Internet,
10. To retain the secrecy of his/her gaming account, login and password,
11. To observe the rules of organizing and conducting the lottery defined in these regulations,
12. By making a bet the participant confirms that he/she knows these terms of organizing and conducting the lottery and agrees with them.

6. Techical issues
We are not responsible for not placed bets or internet disconnection, including, but not limited to, computer malfunctions and failure of telecommunication services or internet connections. The balance of your account will at all times be as it is recorded on our server.
By placing any further bets on our website, you accept the results of any previous bet. So (at our discretion) the results of the previous bet are no longer in dispute and no refund or other adjustments will be granted. If you feel the results of any of the games are unfair or incorrect, you should contact our Customer Support Service immediately and report the incident. We will make every effort in the fair and reasonable settlement for complaints and suggestions, but the priority for regulation of bets will be on the basis of Saturn365 Rules.
6.1 Errors
Saturn365 makes every effort not to make errors in accepting bets. However, in case of staff’s errors or software failures (obvious typos in the program, odds, totals, handicaps, mismatch of odds in different positions, not typical, wrong odds, etc.) and other facts confirming incorrectness of the bets (including online bets) which are either:
• materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was made, or
• clearly incorrect as opposed to the ones available in the general market at the time the bet was made,
we will pay the winnings with the correct odds, as well as calculate them with the odds ″1″ (stake refunded).
To establish the correct odds we will consider odds available in the general market at the time the bet was made, the accuracy of which will be determined by the department of bookmaking analysis and risks of Saturn365. The same department has the right to decide on the extent of odds fault and arguments. Examples of circumstances where this would apply are:
a. the odds are recorded as 40 when the odds offered in the general market are 4,
b. the margins for handicap betting have been reversed.
c. the margins for totals are explicitly wrong, e.g. the odds are recorded as 685 when the odds offered in the general market are 68.5.
d. the scores of the games have been reversed, e.g. the score is recorded as 3:0 when the score is 0:3. In this case the correspondence of odds is required.
e. betting effected after the event has started.
6.2 Access to and use of the website
Saturn365 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend any aspect or feature of the website without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to parts of our website or the entire website for maintenance purposes. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We may, at our absolute discretion, change the content (including betting products or elements of the betting product) of our website at any time (provided such changes do not affect games and/or bets already in progress).
You are solely responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website. We will not be liable for any losses caused to you by the internet or any telecommunication service provider which you have engaged in order to access the website.
We cannot guarantee that our website will be compatible with any hardware or software that may be used by visitors of the website.
